Southwest Public Power Resources Group
Southwest Public Power Resources Group is an association of 38 not-for-profit electric utilities located in Arizona and Nevada. SPPR Group is designed to identify and develop electric supply projects that match the needs of the various members while creating economies of scale that would not be possible if the members attempted to do it on their own.
